DUE TO COVID-19 THERE IS A DELAY ON FULFILLMENT PROCESS.
All our custom products are printed on demand. Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business day.It takes us about 10-15 business days to process and print your order (fulfillment). Your order will be shipped immediately after fulfillment.
Available shipping times depends on your region:USA: 1-5 business days after fulfillment.
EU countries: 5-10 business days after fulfillment.
All other countries: 10-20 business days after fulfillment.
- Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the shipping time you selected at checkout.
- Our fulfillment averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold.
- Fulfillment for large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 7 days.
Shipping prices varies depending on your shipping destination and items ordered. You can check the rate at the checkout by entering your shipping address.

We offer worldwide shipping!
All orders to the US will be shipped from inside the US. All orders to the UK and other EU countries will be shipped from inside the EU.
It’s critical that the address on each order is correct and properly formatted. Otherwise the order might not make it. For example, postal codes for Canadian addresses must be uppercase, and there should be a space between the first three digits and the last three. Addresses must also be formatted in the Latin alphabet.
For international customers might have to pay customs fees when they receive their orders. This depends entirely on the destination country and it’s beyond Our control. We can’t mark orders as gifts or undeclared the actual value.
The amount customers have to pay depends entirely on the destination country and their laws. Some countries wave customs fees on orders valued at less than a certain price. Some may charge extra handling fees. It all depends on your shipping destination.
We are very embarrassed this shouldn’t happen but if it does, please contact us within a week of receiving the order and we can either replace it or give you a refund.
